Talent Agent - Youth and Young Adult Talent Division
We are currently seeking to hire an experienced talent agent for our Youth and Young Adult Division within our Dallas office. The areas of representation we are seeking an agent to cover are (Theatrical, Commercial and Commercial Print).
Requirements:
- 4 year college degree
- 2+ yrs of previous talent agency experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Casting Networks, Actors Access and Casting Frontier
- Extensive knowledge of SAG/AFTRA contracts

Summer Internship: On-Camera Broadcast Division
Callidus Agency is a full-service talent agency with offices located in Dallas and Austin, Texas. We are currently offering a 3 month internship within our On-Camera Broadcast Division (Film, Television and Commercials) in our downtown Dallas office to start June 1st. This is for a part-time, unpaid internship for college credit. The internship we offer is for 3 days a week (half days). We have a morning schedule (10:00am – 2:00pm) and an afternoon schedule (2:00pm – 6:00pm).
The experience will provide an opportunity to learn how our industry works as well as to expose you to the casting process and talent management. This is a fast-paced environment so the ideal candidate would be highly organized and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Answering and managing phone calls
- Managing the new talent submission email account
- Helping to manage the agency director’s meeting schedule
- Help track the audition times and schedule for the talent
- Input new talent’s stats, images, and resumes to the agency website
- Manage the agency director’s meeting schedule
- Greet guests as they come in to the agency

The experience will provide an opportunity to learn how our industry works as well as to expose you to the casting process and model management/development. This is a fast-paced environment so the ideal candidate would be highly organized and self-motivated.
